In a typical bingo game, there are 52 numbers. This is called a “bingo sheet.” <\/p>\n
When the game begins, the caller names one number from 1 to 52. That number is called the “bingo.” The game then proceeds as follows:<\/p>\n
The player to the caller’s left picks up the ball and places it on the appropriate space on their bingo sheet. The player to the caller’s right then picks up a piece of paper and pencil and marks off that number on their bingo sheet.<\/p>\n
If the player has a number already marked off, they simply cross out the number and write in the new number. The player then places the pencil down and picks up the ball. .<\/p>\n
If at any time a player thinks they have a better chance of getting a specific number than anyone else, they can \u201ccall\u201d that number. When a player calls a number, all players must stop what they are doing and pay attention.<\/p>\n
If a player has that number marked off on their sheet, they can pick it up and add it to their score.<\/p>\n
The game continues in this way until one player has collected all of the numbers on their sheet, at which point that player wins the game.
