Bingo Bango is a Japanese manga series written and drawn by Ken Akamatsu. The series follows the adventures of a group of high school students who are transported to a parallel world after using a magical card game called Bingo Bango.<\/p>\n

The students must navigate their way through the dangerous world, while trying to find their way back home.<\/p>\n

The manga was originally published in Japan from 1997 to 2002, and was later collected into twelve volumes. A thirteen episode anime adaptation was produced by AIC and aired on TV Asahi from 1998 to 1999. A thirteen episode OVA adaptation was produced by Production I.G and released in 2002. A thirty-six episode anime television series produced by TV Tokyo and Aniplex aired from October 7, 2009 to March 26, 2010. An animated film based on the series was released in Japan on December 12, 2011.<\/p>\n

A second season of the anime aired from October 5, 2012 to December 22, 2012. A third season aired from October 5, 2013 to December 20, 2013. A fourth season aired from October 3, 2014 to December 21, 2014. A fifth season aired from October 2, 2015 to December 20, 2015. A sixth season airs from October 7th 2016-March 25th 2017.
