Do Weights Help Bingo Wings?

There is no denying that weights help with muscle growth. However, is there a benefit to bingo wings when it comes to muscle growth The answer to this question is mostly anecdotal evidence and scientific research that is inconclusive.

The study found that there was no significant difference in the size of the bingo wings between the groUPS that underwent weight training and the control group.

Therefore, if you are looking to bulk up your arms, focusing on other forms of muscle growth such as resistance training may be a better option.
