How Can I Tone My Bingo Wings at Home?

If you’re unhappy with your bingo wings – either because they’re too thin or too thick – there are a few things you can do to tone them at home.

Start by measuring the circumference of your wings and finding a thickness that feels comfortable. For thin wings, aim for a thickness of about 1/4 inch (.6 cm).

For thicker wings, go for about 3/8 inch (.9 cm).

Once you have the desired thickness, use an electric hand mixer to beat together two egg whites and one teaspoon of sugar until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the egg whites into the batter until everything is well combined.

Bake the wings in a preheated oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes, or until they are cooked through and golden brown. Allow them to cool completely before serving.
