Is Potawatomi Bingo Back Open?

The Potawatomi Bingo hall in Milwaukee is now open, according to local media reports. The hall, which was closed in March due to financial difficulties, reopened last week with new management.

The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reported that the new management is led by longtime bingo player and organizer Bill Kerwin. Kerwin told the newspaper that he plans to restore the Potawatomi Bingo hall to its former glory and make it a “destination spot” for locals and tourists.

The Journal Sentinel also reported that the new management has already restored some of the hall’s former attractions, such as a jukebox and a poker room. However, it is still unclear whether the hall will offer traditional bingo games or other types of gambling activities.

The reopening of the Potawatomi Bingo hall may be good news for local residents who have been struggling to find affordable entertainment options. However, it’s uncertain whether the hall will be able to reach its former glory and become a major tourist attraction.
