What Are the Cards Called in Bingo?

When it comes to the Bingo cards, there are many different types that can be found in most local bingo halls. However, the most popular Bingo cards are the standard playing cards which come in 52 different numbered cards.

The face of a Bingo card is generally green with a white background and features a cartoon image of a person or object on one side. The other side of the card typically has the numbers 1-52 printed in black.

The Bingo card numbering system usually begins with the number 1 and goes down to the number 10. However, some halls may start with the number 11 and go up to the number 49, in order to accommodate for players who might want to use both hands.

As you might expect, some bingo halls may have their own unique card numbering system that they prefer to use. For example, some halls may start with the number 2 and go up to the number 26, in order to make it easier for players who are left-handed.

Regardless of the specific numbering system that is used by a particular hall, all Bingo cards are considered standard playing cards and can be used with any regular deck of cards that you might have lying around.
