What Are the Mechanics of Bingo?

The mechanics of bingo are easy to understand. The game is played on a square, rectangular or circular grid. Each player is given a card with 26 squares on it. The player selects a number from 1-25 and marks off one square on their card.

Then they select another number from 1-25 and mark off another square on their card. The next player in turn does the same thing, continuing around the circle until all players have selected numbers and marked off squares. The player with the most squares filled in on their card is the winner! Bingo is also known as 21, 25 and 33, which refers to the numbers on the cards (1-3, 5-7 and 9-13).
