What Is a Bingo Cage?

A Bingo Cage is a metal or plastic enclosure used to confine an animal while it undergoes veterinary care. The cage is typically shaped like a ring and has a series of bars spaced evenly around the edge.

The bars are high enough so that the animal cannot climb out, but low enough so that it cannot jump out. The cage is securely fastened to the ground or to a stand so that it cannot be moved.

The purpose of a Bingo Cage is to provide a safe and secure environment in which to treat an animal. By restricting the animal’s movement, the cage allows the veterinarian to perform necessary medical procedures without fear of the animal escaping or being injured.

Additionally, by keeping the animal confined, it eliminates the potential for contamination and infection.
