Who Owns Bounce Bingo?

In the United States, there are two main types of gambling: state-operated and tribal-operated. Tribal-operated gambling is legal in most states, but state-operated gambling is not.

In 1997, the federal government passed the Native American Gambling Control Act, which created a regulatory framework for tribal-operated gambling. This law gave tribes the power to operate their own casinos and to regulate the behavior of their players.

In 2006, the California Gambling Control Commission (CGC) began investigating allegations that Bounce Bingo was operating illegally in the state. The CGC found that Bounce Bingo was violating California law by running an unlicensed bingo operation.

The CGC ordered Bounce Bingo to stop operating in California, and it eventually closed its doors.

Who owns Bounce Bingo? The answer to this question is unknown. It is possible that Bounce Bingo’s owners are Native Americans who operate the casino under the guidelines of the Native American Gambling Control Act, or it is possible that Bounce Bingo’s owners are a group of people who have acquired ownership through legal means.

Regardless of who owns Bounce Bingo, it is clear that the casino was operating illegally in California and must have ceased operations shortly after being ordered to do so by the CGC.
