Can Exercise Help Bingo Wings?

Regular exercise has been shown to be beneficial for overall health and well-being, including reducing the risk of developing conditions such as obesity, heart disease, stroke, anxiety, depression, and more. Exercise has also been shown to improve cognitive function and mood.

Now, it seems that exercise may also be helpful in treating bingo wings. A study published in The Journal of Neurology, Neurosurgery and Psychiatry found that people who exercised for 30 minutes a day had significantly less damage to their brain tissue than those who didn’t.

In fact, the study found that the brains of the exercisers looked almost as good as those of people who had never had a stroke.

The results of this study suggest that exercise may be an effective way to reduce damage to the brain caused by strokes. However, more research is needed to confirm these findings.
