What Are 8 Bingo States?

There are eight states in the United States where bingo is considered a legal game. These states are Arizona, Arkansas, California, Delaware, Florida, Iowa, Louisiana and New Hampshire.

Bingo is not always legal in every state though, so it is important to check with your local gaming authority to see if bingo is allowed.

Arizona: Bingo is legal in the state of Arizona as long as it is played in private clubs or organizations that have been licensed by the Arizona Gaming Board. There are also a few authorized bingo parlors that are open to the public.

Arkansas: Bingo is legal in the state of Arkansas as long as it is played in private clubs or organizations that have been licensed by the Arkansas Gaming Commission.

California: Bingo is not legal in the state of California. However, there are a few authorized bingo parlors that are open to the public.

Delaware: Bingo is not legal in the state of Delaware as long as it is played for money or prizes.

Florida: Bingo is not legal in the state of Florida as long as it is played for money or prizes.

Iowa: Bingo is not legal in the state of Iowa but it can be played at authorized gaming venues if it meets certain guidelines set by the Iowa Gaming Board.

Louisiana: Bingo is not legal in the state of Louisiana but it can be played at authorized gaming venues if it meets certain guidelines set by the Louisiana Gaming Board.

New Hampshire: Bingo is not legal in New Hampshire but it can be played at authorized gaming venues if it meets certain guidelines set by the New Hampshire Gaming Commission.
