What Is the Company Bingo?

Bingo is a federally registered trademark owned by Microsoft Corporation, since 1994. Bingo is a digital search engine that provides information about the results of online bingo games.

Bingo is a free service that can be accessed from the web and through mobile devices. Bingo was launched in 2007 as part of Microsoft’s strategy to position itself as a leader in digital search and online services.

In November 2013, Microsoft announced plans to acquire the bingo company for $8.5 billion. The acquisition was completed on October 26, 2014.

Microsoft stated that it would integrate Bingo into its existing search offerings and use the company’s data to personalize ads for users. Bingo will continue to operate as an independent company but will be headquartered in Redmond, Washington.
